SHIPPING - RETURNS - EXCHANGES

SHIPPING:

Orders are mailed USPS (1ST CLASS or PRIORITY) or UPS from Kewaskum, Wisconsin.  We appreciate you supporting small business. 

We do our best to process, wrap, and ship your order within 2-3 business days.  A packing slip is enclosed with the order which includes bill to, ship to, items purchased (no pricing). So if you are mailing a gift, no prices will be shown, but they will know who it is from.

Please be aware that once the package is shipped it is no longer in our control but you will receive a tracking number for your order so you can follow the journey. We are not able to replace lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time, but we are looking into these options.  Check back for updates! 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  Due to the nature of our products being handmade in small batches, all sales are final and returns/exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if you are not happy with your purchase or your items arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right!
